Modern Israeli artist, born in Dneproptrovsk, Ukraine in 1946.
He studied archtecture in a college of structural design in Dneproptrovsk. He was a student of the famous Ukrainian artist Mikhail Kokin.
Zlatkin immigrated to Israel in 1991. He participated in a variety of exhibitions in Russia, Ukraine and Israel. His art is being held in private collections in USA, France, Holland, England, Germany and Japan.
